Meet Our Team

Dr. Stanley T. Soon

Dr. Stanley T. Soon was raised in Dewdney, BC and graduated from Mission Senior Secondary. With an Albert McMahon Lumber Industry scholarship, he attended the University of British Columbia where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees. Following graduation, he was proud to achieve his goal of returning to Mission, BC, and set up his family dental practice on Main Street in Mission in 1978.

He relocated to his present dental office in the Hurd Health Care Centre across from the Mission Hospital in 1988. Dr. Soon’s current dental interests include implantology, family dentistry and restorative dentistry.

As a long-standing member of the Rotary Club of Mission, Dr. Soon takes pride in community and club service. He is a past-president of the Rotary Club of Mission, and has chaired the international service portfolio for the club for many years. Dr. Soon has initiated and participated in six Rotary International dental missions to Thailand, Ecuador, Zambia and the Philippines to provide dental services to under-served children and seniors.

In his spare time, Dr. Soon is an avid golfer and devoted Vancouver Canucks and BC Lions fan. He and his wife Judith have three adult children and four little granddaughters.
